Fit for Future – Update of the product management system 22.06. – 06.07.

Dear Customers,

The coming summer will be everything but quiet, because we will be focused on using this time to securely and professionally prepare ourselves for the future.
From the end of June to the beginning of July we will be optimizing our processes and updating our product management system.

In detail this means transferring our updated records into a new data base to create the foundation for a better workflow – from order registration, through production contracts in manufacturing, to delivery and invoicing. The whole nine yards!

In order to ensure an optimal start and a seamless implementaion for the new system, our production will continue to work in the background, but the registration and processing of purchasing and sales orders will have to be suspended between June 22nd until approximately the 5th or 6th of July. We are planning to resume deliveries beginning in the 29th calendar week at the latest. Orders will be collected on our side and processed with the corresponding delivery week in the new system, and then sent to you as quickly as possible.
