LED track spotlight for creating lighting accents in museum lighting
With the lenses and slides of the seventies 70’s plus contour spotlight, its possible to focus light on artworks so that they appear to be crisply lit from within.
The continuously adjustible focussing lens is used to sharply define the artwork borders and the four contour slides are used to determine the form and size of the lighting surface. Trapezoidal, parallelogram, or rectangular, any shape with four corners is possible – and continuously adjustable.
Another advantage of the contour spotlight: the possibility to remove glare from the emitted light without creating light scatter on the housing.
The suitability for museum use has been tested and approved by an independent research institute (excellent color reproduction and relative potential for causing light damage with regard to preventative conservation).
