Berlin Wall Documentation Center

Atmospheric lighting accents with wittenberg surface-mounted spotlights

The central commemoration ceremony in remembrance of the peaceful revolution was the impetus for opening of the Berlin Wall Documentation Center, ceremoniously presented to the public by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Lighting designer Anne Boissel from Berlin was responsible for lighting the permanent exhibition designed by ON Architecture and graphic designer Martin Bennis. She decided on recessed and surface-mounted spotlights from the wittenberg program by mawa.
